Position Title: Landscaping Crew Leader 

Position Type: Full Time/Seasonal 

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM  (Some Fridays and/or Saturdays when needed) / Please Note: We aim to have crews done working by 5:30 PM, however different variables (such as job completion, weather delays, traffic, etc.) may effect actual daily end times. Extra hours may be needed on Friday and/or Saturdays if behind due to weather or we have additional work on any given week that requires scheduling beyond our normal Monday - Thursday work week.

Reports to: Management

Compensation:  $17-$20/hr. depending on experience. Paid weekly by check (direct deposit is also available). Paid holidays.

Job description: Responsible for performing and leading crew in various landscaping installation and/or maintenance services. Daily tasks and responsibilities also include, but are not limited to : 

• Making sure truck and trailer (if applicable) are equipt with any and all equipement and tools needed to properly perform daily tasks as well as adequately fueled each morning
• Ensure all crew memebers and equipment operate in a safe and efficient manner 
• Complete scheduled work on time and on budget
• Deliver high quality work to ensure completed jobs meet the company's standards and the customers expectations
• Maintain effective communication with management to corrdinate any jobsite needs or work concerns
• Responsible for clocking yourself and your crew in and out each day as well as logging time at each job through software provided on mobile device. 
• Various landscaping jobs include but aren't limited to installation and/or removal of trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, sod, mulch, dirt, rock, etc. 
• Trimming and pruning of bushes, shrubs and small trees
• Spring and Fall clean up's of properties 
• Will also need to be willing to assist lawn crew with lawn mowing and maintenance services if needed.

Requirements: To qualify for this positions you must meet the following requirements.

• Must have 2+ years of experience managing or being part of a landscaping crew (Note: Experience as a crew leader is preffered but experience as a crew member will be considered)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work everyday.
• Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
• Must be legal to be employed in the United States
• Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate mobile device and field software
• Experience in driving truck with trailer
• Ability to lift and/or carry 50lbs +
• Professional appearance and ability to interact  professionally and respectfully with all clients, employees, vendors, or any other external organazation
• Must have strong knowledge of planting and removing trees, shrubs, annuals and perennials
• Knowledge of how to efficiently perform the various landscaping tasks mentioned in the job description
• Must know how to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, aeraters, and other various commercial equipment used in landscaping and lawn care. (Note: Knowledge of commercial mowers, trimmers, etc. is necessary for assisting lawn crew when needed) 
• Must be able to work efficiently alone and as part of a team providing positive leadership to member of the crew to ensure quality completion of all assigned jobs.

Compensation:  $14-16/hr. depending on experience. Paid weekly by check (direct deposit is also available). Paid holidays for full time only

Job description: Responsible for performing all duties deligated by crew leader in an efficient and timely fashion. Daily tasks and responsibilities also include, but are not limited to : 

• Performing any landscaping and/or lawn maintenance services to complete the job in an efficent and professional manner
• Ability to work as a team and follow direction
• In a laborer position you may be needed to perform work in both landscaping and lawn maintenence fields. 

Requirements: To qualify for this positions you must meet the following requirements.

• Need to have experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other basic lawn mowing and maintenance equipment as daily tasks will require using this equipment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work everyday.
• Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
• Must be legal to be employed in the United States
• Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions
• Ability to work as a team and follow direction
